Brisbane Cleaning – Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Cleanworks is committed to providing a safe environment for both clients and staff at all times. We place the highest priority on the provision of a safe and healthy working environment. The wellbeing of all staff and other users of the client or business’ premises and facilities are paramount. For each new site a detailed operational Safety Plan is implemented and covers:

• Risk Assessment and Evaluations.
• Training Matrix.
• Operating and Safe Work Method Statements.
• Incident/Accident Reporting Methods.

In accordance with each site, specific OH&S Inductions are completed by staff. OH&S Training is a major component of our comprehensive induction course, which consists of 3 phases:

• The first phase, Cleanworks Company and Safety Induction, requires the inductee to complete a written exam to ensure full competency of our OH&S practices.
• The second phase, On-Site Induction, is completed before commencement of job. Each employee will undertake training in all areas of site cleaning and maintenance.
• The third phase, Post Induction, provides ongoing training and ensures high work standards are maintained.
