Our People


Cleanworks’ core leadership team is made up by its two founding Directors and General Manager, with additional strategic support from an Advisory Board. The leadership team oversee the ongoing growth, innovation and continuous improvement of Cleanworks’ services, while also directing the work of an experienced support team which incorporates the business’ operations, recruitment, sales, marketing and finance functions.


Cleanworks prides itself on the calibre of our cleaners. Not only do all of our cleaners undergo the standard criminal history and background checks you would expect, but we are very particular about only engaging individuals with strong English-language proficiency and cleaning experience which is both independently verifiable via referees and demonstrated through trial shifts. Even after applying our strict recruitment standards, we still have all cleaners undertake our own in-house training to ensure they are employing best practices and conforming to Cleanworks standards in all of the work they undertake.

While Cleanworks may not be the easiest place to get a cleaning job, it is one of the most rewarding. Unlike many cleaning companies, our regular site and individual performance reviews aren’t just to identify and correct behaviours lapses – we use to keep tabs on our top performing cleaners so that we can reward them through our industry leading cleaner incentive scheme which includes rewards spanning $50 vouchers to paid international vacations!
