Louise is a dedicated and reliable member of our company. Having worked as a cleaner, to consistently proving her way as a senior member of our Operations Team, Louise has personally delivered and overseen the implementation and care of some of Cleanworks’s largest accounts. Having reached a 10 Year Service Award with Cleanworks, many of our customer’s have gotten to know and trust that when Louise is on the job, things just get done right!
Co-Founder
As a university student looking to earn a few extra dollars, Kelly initially entered the cleaning industry as a part-time worker in the early 2000s and quickly recognised the opportunity to establish a high-quality, people-oriented commercial cleaning service.
Co-Founder of Cleanworks, Kelly is a passionate leader that loves learning new skills that can elevate Cleanworks into a recognisable brand Australia wide
In her current capacity, Kelly’s primarily responsible for providing her vision and ideals for the company’s finances, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Kelly is prime example of women in leadership and serves as a mentor to those willing to learn.
Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur, Katie Co-Founded Cleanworks with her best friend Kelly back in 2000. With a in depth experience in every facet of the business, Katie is a driving force in the business’s innovation and development and a true master when it comes to client satisfaction. Katie is passionate about ensuring that the Cleanworks name is synonymous with best practice and the consistent fulfilment of each promise we make.
Katie is a multitasking champion and role model for many professional working mums.
Executive General Manager
A transformative leader with over 20 years’ experience operating in fast-paced, customer-oriented businesses. Troy is very active in the strategic planning and day-to-day management of Cleanworks. While his primary focus is on overseeing the business’ growth and profitability, he also plays a hands-on role in leading the team and championing the culture that was developed by the Co-Founders, supported by our ENRICH values that make us so special.
Developing client relationships and solutions, Troy can create trust and transparency with our clients at a level not seen before in the cleaning industry.
General Manager – Operations
A highly experienced manager with a strong background working within competitive and high paced service level industries, Wayne leads our Operations Team to delivery our service excellence to over 450 customers with SEQ.
Wayne is our go to guy for ensuring we are delivering on our standards & promises and is continually meeting with our key customers to review and improve the partnerships that makes Cleanworks so different to any other cleaning company.
Finance Accountant
Allyson is the Finance Accountant here at Cleanworks and manages the day to day accounting & payroll functions. With a high level of attention to detail and her ability to look for improvements, Allyson is a critical member of the team.
With a Master of Professional Accounting and an MBA, complimented with over 20+ years of industry experience – our finances and administrative functions have never been in better hands.
Business Development Manager
Luke is responsible for helping new customers transition to Cleanworks and has proven experience in identifying areas of improvement in cleaning quality, whilst finding substantial cost savings.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial property and business development, Luke provides a fresh approach to ensuring we continue to grow and promoting our brand.
HR & Compliance Officer
Desari has been working with Cleanworks for several years and champion’s our recruitment and onboarding processes. Desari understands intimately what makes a great cleaner and knows how to identify a famous cultural fit between our cleaners and the specific needs of our customers.
Desari also responsible for ensuring we are maintaining our industrial relations compliance and loves supporting the Operations team with advice when called upon.
Recruitment Officer
Didier is a cheerleader and advocate of Cleanworks for any potential candidates to join our Team. Didier has extensive recruitment experience in both blue and white-collar industries and does an amazing job in supporting the team with a ready comprehensible supply of strong cleaners.
Account Manager
Being so passionate about cleaning standards and hygiene, Amanda is a true champion in the industry with an amazing eye for detail and willingness to get things right every time. Our customers are always praising Amanda’s style as she often turns around sites from competitors that found it too hard. Amanda show’s great respect and compassion with the cleaners providing consistent feedback and development of her team.
