As a university student looking to earn a few extra dollars, Kelly initially entered the cleaning industry as a part-time worker in the early 2000s and quickly recognised the opportunity to establish a high-quality, people-oriented commercial cleaning service.

A serial entrepreneur, Katie Co-Founded Cleanworks with her best friend Kelly back in 2000. With a in depth experience in every facet of the business, Katie is a driving force in the business’s innovation and development and a true master when it comes to client satisfaction. Katie is passionate about ensuring that the Cleanworks name is synonymous with best practice and the consistent fulfilment of each promise we make.

A transformative leader with over 20 years’ experience operating in fast-paced, customer-oriented businesses. Troy is very active in the strategic planning and day-to-day management of Cleanworks. While his primary focus is on overseeing the business’ growth and profitability, he also plays a hands-on role in leading the team and championing the culture that was developed by the Co-Founders, supported by our ENRICH values that make us so special.

A highly experienced manager with a strong background working within competitive and high paced service level industries, Christian leads our Operations Team to delivery our service excellence to over 450 customers with SEQ.
Christian is our go to guy for ensuring we are delivering on our standards & promises and is continually meeting with our key customers to review and improve the partnerships that makes Cleanworks so different to any other cleaning company.
Allyson is the Finance Accountant here at Cleanworks and manages the day to day accounting & payroll functions. With a high level of attention to detail and her ability to look for improvements, Allyson is a critical member of the team.

Luke is responsible for helping new customers transition to Cleanworks and has proven experience in identifying areas of improvement in cleaning quality, whilst finding substantial cost savings.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial property and business development, Luke provides a fresh approach to ensuring we continue to grow and promoting our brand.
Didier is a cheerleader and advocate of Cleanworks for any potential candidates to join our Team. Didier has extensive recruitment experience in both blue and white-collar industries and does an amazing job in supporting the team with a ready comprehensible supply of strong cleaners.

With a wide breath of experience in the cleaning industry, including schools and medical facilities, Brendan adds a real passion to what he does and prides himself in training up the future cleaning stars of Cleanworks. Overseeing a number of our schools within Brisbane, Brendan is always keen to invest his knowledge to ensure we meet the promises to our customers
Alex is a great communicator and compassionate leader for our Toowoomba team. With many years in managing small teams of cleaners in schools and aged care facilities, Alex adds a lot of value to the team and ensure all our customers’ needs are meet.
Christine has been in the cleaning industry for many years and has an in-depth understanding of cleaning principles and how maintain a site so that it keeps looking and smelling fresh. Overseeing several schools on the northside of Brisbane, Christine excels at developing and training our cleaners and ensuring they have all the tools and understanding to do they jobs properly.
Melinda is responsible for the payroll of the Cleanworks team using her background in various administration functions and strong knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award. Melinda always concerns herself with personally ensuring that everyone is paid on time – every time and adds a lot of personality to a process driven role.
Yolanda is a degree qualified assistant accountant with over 10 years of experience. With a high level of proficiency in various IT systems and her attention to detail, Yolanda adds to our strong team of administration professionals ensuring that all of our supply partners are paid on time.
Laura is responsible for ensuring Cleanworks Australia stay’s ahead of the curve in managing our internal management systems and compliance with the ISO standards and best practises

Louise is a dedicated and reliable member of our company. Having worked as a cleaner, to consistently proving her way as a senior member of our Operations Team, Louise has personally delivered and overseen the implementation and care of some of Cleanworks’s largest accounts. Having reached a 10 Year Service Award with Cleanworks, many of our customer’s have gotten to know and trust that when Louise is on the job, things just get done right!
David has been in the cleaning industry since early 2000 has an in-depth understanding of cleaning principles and how maintain a site so that it keeps looking their best. Overseeing several commercial site throughout Brisbane, David excels at developing and training our cleaners and ensuring they have all the tools and understanding to do they jobs properly.
Cleanworks prides itself on the calibre of our cleaners. Not only do all of our cleaners undergo the standard criminal history and background checks you would expect, but we are very particular about only engaging individuals with strong English-language proficiency and cleaning experience which is both independently verifiable via referees. Even after applying our strict recruitment standards, we still have all candidates undertake our own in-house training to ensure they are employing best practices and conforming to Cleanworks standards in all of the work they undertake.
Unlike many cleaning companies, our regular site and individual performance reviews aren’t just to identify and correct behaviours lapses – we use to keep tabs on our top performing cleaners so that we can reward them through our industry leading cleaner incentive scheme which includes rewards spanning $50 vouchers to paid international vacations!
